It was fairly clean with excellent customer service. Brilliant location and overall the staff was welcoming.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the volcano and lake. The infinity pool was also a highlight, providing a picturesque spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the road leading to the hotel, as it was not paved and could be challenging to navigate, particularly without an SUV. This made it slightly inconvenient to access the hotel.

The location of the hotel was secluded, adjacent to the lake, taxis and Linda Vista. The room was incredibly spacious and airy, had a magnificent view. The staff and people generally were fantastic friendly and excellent.

I ate at a nice restaurant with very nice breakfast. The bedroom was quiet and had a spectacular view to the lake.

The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. While the road to the hotel was a bit rough, we managed to make it in a regular car. The infinity pool and whirlpool overlooking Arenal Lake were the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Costa Rica.

The basic amenities were excellent, and we loved starting our day with the delicious breakfast that came included with our stay.
